Co-founder and Managing Director, Thomas Harvey Ratcliffe gained vital real estate experience at a young age that ignited an interest in residential development, and he was inspired to train as a Chartered Surveyor. Tom leads all of Harvey Homes’ new property developments and was instrumental to the success of the Swan Green project in Knutsford.

Joint founder, Nicholas Harvey Ratcliffe, is a Chartered Surveyor by trade. His expertise spans residential and commercial property, including site acquisition, planning, investment, development and redevelopment.

Tom and Nicholas work closely with consultant Paul Burgess who is a property development specialist and investment professional with more than 35 years of experience. He spent a long time at The Emerson Group, one of the largest mixed-use property development and investment businesses in the UK.

Nicholas and Paul have worked with most of the North West’s Local and Planning authorities and have considerable connections within the whole property industry both regionally and nationally.
